Tattnall Baseball gets nice come-from-behind win over MDS 9-8

There's an old saying - "I'll take an ugly win over a pretty loss any day."  Tattnall Baseball's 9-8 win over Mount de Sales on Thursday night at Cavalier Fields embodies every bit of that saying.  

Up 2-0, down 6-2, tied 6-6, down 8-6, up 9-8.  Game Over!!!

What a wild ride tonight for all the fans.  The Trojans survived a scare at MDS tonight.  Cooper McMullen got the start for Tattnall, pitching 5.1 innings, giving up 9 hits, 8 runs (6 earned), walking 2, and striking out 9.  He was relieved by Gabe McGreggor, who pitched 1.2 innings, giving up 2 hits, 0 runs, and striking out two.  McGreggor got the win tonight for the Trojans.

Cooper McMullen was 2/3 with 2 runs scored and 1 RBI.  Clay Rowland (1/3) delivered a huge hit in the 7th.  He scored one run and had 2 RBI on the night.
