Tattnall Girls Basketball earns the #3 Seed in the State Playoffs

Both Tattnall Basketball teams competed today in the Consolation Games at FPD in the GHSA Region 1A-Private Basketball Tournament.
The Girls defeated FPD 41-29 to advance as the #3 Seed. They were led by freshman Jikaylee Marshall's 13 points and junior Emma Kelley's 11 points. Sophomores Rionna Byrd and Anna Hilliard each had 8 to help the Lady Trojan offense.
The Boys were defeated by Deerfield-Windsor 58-43 and will be the #4 Seed in the State Tournament. Senior Clay Rowland and sophomore Cam Person each had 14 points to lead the Trojans.
Both teams will face Calvary Day School (Savannah, GA) in the First Round of the State Playoffs. Dates and times are unconfirmed, but it looks like it will be on Wednesday, February 23 at Calvary Day School at 5:00 (Girls) and 6:30 (Boys).
